November marked a clear rebound in transaction activity after a noticeably slower October. Our team saw momentum pick up across multiple listings, driven by buyers eager to get deals across the finish line before year-end.
Despite the uptick in closings, overall inventory remains tight and average time on market continues to trend upward. Supply constraints are still shaping the market, and all eyes are on the months ahead to see whether falling interest rates bring meaningful new inventory.
